It is recommended that you access your emails using secure protocol (SSL) to prevent your data and email account passwords from being compromised.
To access your email on secure port, please use your servers host name as incoming / outgoing mail server address, example (server120.mydiomain.com).
To know your servers host name, please check your Welcome email or login to Client Area or check cPanel’s left hand menu for server name / host name.
You can use following Secure Incoming Mail Server Ports to access your email
SECURE POP3 – port 995
SECURE IMAP – port 993
Please use following ports for Secure Outgoing Mail Server Ports.
SECURE SMTP – port 465
